Simon在使用WHILL之前，同樣是依靠輪椅助行，但因需要自行推動上斜，時間一久，手臂漸漸變得痛楚，令他決定要尋找一部方便出行的電動輪椅。他在使用WHILL後，發現WHILL只需推動方向桿，便可以非常容易向前行走，而且十分容易控制，讓他可以自主地前往不同地方。

Simon對WHILL的極小旋轉半徑感到驚訝，當他坐著WHILL進入升降機時，仍可自如地轉身及移動，靈活性十足。而輪椅下方更可放置一個購物袋，出外買東西格外方便。加上座椅非常舒適，一整天坐著也不成問題，是出行的好夥伴。
